I reached out because, I wanted to mirror tint half my apt for the new development next door. I was directed to Lilian, and expressed my concerns. She was nice enough to send me samples & a recommend a UV film for my bedroom. Jen came for the install, she arrived on time, and had all the supplies needed to do the windows. She was lovely! I got 3M Prestige 70 which is the middle level mirror tint & 3M Prestige 20, which cut out the radiant heat, but the allowed light. It was actually a great process, and the installed film has no flaws. The mirror tint is rare for residential, but worked out to deflect the heavy sun rays & privacy for the daytime hours. Cost for 10 windows was $1500, with no bubbles was worth it!

Great job on a somewhat tricky installation. 25 large windows in a Manhattan apartment overlooking the East River undergoing a gut renovation: every window had nasty preexisting film which had to be removed. The team got it all off, an unpleasant and time consuming job; the new film installation went quickly and smoothly. The 3M product they used is fantastic, no detectable reduction in visible light but the heat from sunlight blasting the windows was noticeably reduced. A very fair price for the job (yes we got comps). High recommended.

Lillian and her right hand man Daniel are an incredible team of trustworthy and experienced window tint installers. We live in a high rise with southern exposure and even with AC were really struggling with the heat during peak sunlight hours. Lillian was an expert communicator and helped us settle on the 3m sun control window film prestige 70. They did a great job with installation and we had our first comfortable, sun filled day in the apartment since move in! No need to close the blinds or hide from the sun. The tint is also completely unnoticeable after the first day of getting used to a slight difference. No big change in color when looking out floor to ceiling windows. Great product and great team. Highly recommend. You can trust these people!

Quick to provide pricing, which was competitive with other bids, Liliya did a professional job installing window film on our south facing windows using 3M Prestige products. (Other high end products were also available but we selected 3M due to its life time residential guarantee and the film colors offered.) She provided samples so we could live with the film for a few days prior to committing to a product. We actually feel less hot air coming through the windows now. She was professional, neat, quick and we are grateful to have found her company, New York Window Tinting. We are so happy with her work that we are hiring her again to install the film on our east facing windows to reduce heat transfer and UV damage to our furniture and floorings. Hire her, you’ll be glad you did!

New York Window Tinting earned every bit of this 5-star review. Lillian and Matt were fantastic from start to finish—professional, punctual, and super easy to work with. They showed up right on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled our job with real care and expertise. We had 11 windows tinted, and I’ll be the first to say our windows were not the easiest to deal with. Despite that, they stayed patient, found solutions, and made everything work without cutting corners. The finished result looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
